For a 3 year old child you can give 125 mg ( 2.5 ml) every 6 hrs like 4 doses/ day You can give it for 3 days Remember to monitor temperature and symptoms But it is better to consult a pediatrician if fever persists more than 4 days or Any side effects like vomiting, rashes View Answer
