Dr. Prakriti Poddar is working in the area of Mental Health since 1999. She started Mind Over Image Consulting in 2001, with the keynote 'It's not a Make Over it's a Mind Over'. She has spent many years in consulting companies on human resource development through training and mentoring. In her consulting practice, she has been instrumental in setting up and aligning startups. Her organizational expertise with its advisors includes government consultancy, business strategic consultancy as well ar Public Relations and PR Consultancy. Her mental health passion has taken many forms in order to have it reach out to people from motivational speaking, soft skill development, life coaching, succession planning to the more personalized therapies such as counseling, clinical hypnotherapy, neurofeedback, sound pharmacy and regression therapy. She is an innovator when it comes to Mental Health and Wellness having created three new technologies of complete healing and wellness. Her 'Silence Todo' platform helps break the silence around mental health illnesses and disharmonies. In her professional training she has studied Economics and is a doctor in the alternate field of Hypnotherapy, a certified counselor of various CBT models and NLP practitioner, a Tasso trained regression therapist as well as a provider of Neurofeedback. She has given many talks and lectures during the course of her career. Recently she has taken over as Managing Trustee of Poddar Foundation. Her passion is mental health and wellbeing. Taking up the challenge Prakriti has repurposed the foundation in order to focus on Mental Health. Prakriti believes Mentally healthy people are pillar of Happy Nation, she strongly advocates the marrying of technology and ancient wisdom to deliver a contemporary and effective solution.
