Dr. Hemant L. Khemani is a passionate and highly skilled interventional cardiologist. After completing his MBBS from the Acclaimed Nair Hospital in Mumbai, he then went on to qualify as Master of Medicine (M.D). He then furthermore did his Doctorate in Medicine (DM) in Interventional cardiology from the prestigious Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He further gained experience working as Assistant Professor in Cardiology Department at Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. Since then he is working as an Interventional cardiologist at various hospitals across Mumbai. He is well trained in performing interventional procedures like Angiography, Angioplasty, Pacemaker Implantation, Rota-ablation procedures. He has also learned the skill of performing advanced Coronary angioplasty procedures including IVUS/OCT and FFR/RFR/IFR. He is well versed in Structural Heart Interventions like Cardiac Catheterisation, Balloon mitral valvotomy(BMV) and pulmonary balloon valvotomies.He is also well experienced in performing other non-coronary interventional procedures like IVC filter implantation and Myocardial biopsies.
