Dr Brian Pinto

Dr. Brian Pinto is the Chief of Cardiology at Holy Family Hospital, Mumbai and Director Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. He is also the Interventional Cardiologist attached to Breach Candy Hospital, Nanavati Hospital and Holy Spirit Hospital. Dr. Brian is a member of the Cardiology Society of India and the Association of Physicians of India. A DM in Cardiology from Mumbai University in 1986, he has performed more than 12,000 coronary Peripheral interventions including Trans-Radial Approach. Approximately 1,000 procedures in the Cath Lab on an annual basis, including Rotablation and Peripheral cases. Over the years, he has specialized in Performing Coronary Angiography and Coronary Angioplasty via the Radial Approach. Device Closures of Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) with Arterial Septal Defect (ASD). Also specialized in Series of Rotational Atherectomy cases and Series of Direct Stenting Cases along with Series FoxHollow (SilverHawk) Atherectomy Device for Peripheral Intervention.
