Dr Adukia Sachin Ajitkumar

Dr. Sachin Adukia has started the Movement Disorders Clinic at Dr. LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai. He specializes in managing typical and atypical Parkinson's disease, tremors, abnormal movements like chorea, dystonia, tics. He uses medical management and/or Botox injections for such disorders. He has experience of more than 6 years in managing various neurological emergencies like stroke, epilepsy, brain infections, myasthenia, sudden behavior changes etc. Chronic problems like dementia, imbalance, nerve and muscle diseases, motor neuron disease are also managed by him. In 2021, his research on movement disorders due to brain infections received the International Silver Medal from the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society. He has several other national and international publications to his credit. He has the distinction of securing the first rank in MBBS and MD University exams.
