After further doing her DNB at the National Board Level,and DPM, she worked as a Research Officer at a Prestigious WHO Project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of India. She worked as a Lecturer in General Psychiatry in KJ Somaiya Hospital, Department of Psychiatry. She has then subsequently trained and worked in various sub speciality in General Psychiatry with the best hospitals in the United Kingdom.ie. Institute of Psychiatry, Maudsley Hospital, Kings College London ( Anthony Davies, Frank Holloway, Dr McIvor,, Dr Mathew Hotopf). She has been acquainted with psychopharmacological advances, research and Psychological therapies here. She has worked in Belfast City Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital for Children and Adolescents and the Oxford Deanery Rotation at Northampton General Hospital.
