I approach therapy with openness and curiosity. I want to understand your experiences and what may have shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world around you. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or having to edit your experience. Feeling understood can make it a little easier to look at the things that are difficult and begin the work therapy can ask of us. I’m particularly interested in how our experiences and relationships shape the way we understand ourselves and move through the world. I continue to learn and adapt the way I work to each person, their experiences, and what they need from therapy.
