Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Medical College, Rohtak. In addition, Dr. Kala has been a force behind many agencies that have been serving in this field. These include the Punjab & Chandigarh Psychiatric Society & Indian Psychiatric Society- North Zone (Ex-president), the Indian Association of Private Psychiatry (Founder Ex-president) and the Indo-Pak Punjab Psychiatric Society (President).
