Ovarian cancer stage 3

Jan 2024 my mother diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3 she has been operated radical hysterectomy and colonostomy done doctor advised chemo but chemo not continued currently she has glycerine type liquid come out from rectum several episodes every 30 minutes and liquid like water come out from cervix all times she using diaper I want to know why this happens
