Dr Aditya Kanoi

Dr Aditya Kanoi is a Kolkata based Plastic surgeon with 11 years of clinical experience in the field of surgery. After graduating with honours from Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, he went on to complete his postdoctoral training (M.Ch) in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery from the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER), Kolkata. Following this, Dr Kanoi trained extensively in various institutions under eminent faculty to upgrade his skills and knowledge. Some of the places where he has trained include: • Tata Medical Centre - specialist training in Head & Neck surgery, Cancer reconstruction, Microsurgical training • Guy’s & St. Thomas’ Hospital, London, UK - specialist training in breast surgery, hand surgery, trauma surgery and skin cancer surgery • Fundacio Puigvert, Barcelona, Spain - Clinical training in genitourinary reconstruction, Cosmetic surgery • Gustav Roussy hospital, Villejuif, France - Clinical training in Head and Neck microsurgical reconstruction Apart from these, he has also received hands-on training in microsurgery from premier international and national institutes such as Hospital Sant Pau, Barcelona, Spain; IRCAD, Strasbourg, France and Ganga hospital, Coimbatore. Dr Kanoi is also certified in ATLS® (Advanced Trauma Life Support). Besides having several academic publications to his name in prominent journals, he also makes frequent presentations in National and International conferences and symposiums. Dr Kanoi is a visiting consultant at prominent hospitals in Kolkata including Belle Vue Clinic, Medica Superspecialty Hospital and AMRI Hospital, addition, he also practices in Repose Clinic, where he performs pro bono surgeries for children with cleft deformities.
