Dr Ankur Mittal

DR. ANKUR MITTAL, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in city of Panipat, Haryana. He completed his MBBS and M.S. (Orthopaedics) in 2010 and in 2014 respectively from prestigious university of India. He further honed his skills after being selected as fellow under one of the renowned shoulder surgeon of India and world Dr. Sanjay Desai. Here, Dr. Ankur Mittal entrusted with the Adult Reconstruction Surgery services comprising Fractures, Arthroscopy and Joint Replacement of Shoulder and Knee. He further enhanced his skills in Knee Arthroscopy and ACL Surgery under ISKSAA president Dr. Pushpinder Singh Bajaj. He trained in Total Joint Replacement at Wrightington Hospital, UK a center that pioneered this procedure in the early 70s and therefore is considered the birthplace of joint replacement surgery. He did his ISKSAA Midland Travelling Fellowship in Arthroplasty in NHS, Birmingham, UK. He got selected for SICOT meet SICOT fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine. He added another degree to his name Diploma in Sports Medicine from USA. He is also ATLS, BLS and ACLS certified provider. He has many publications in national and international journals. He has read papers in many national and international conferences. He is active in updating himself through attending cadaveric workshops and conferences both national and international. He has been awarded global scholarship from Edinburgh University for ChM Programme in Trauma and Orthopaedics. Renowned for his holistic approach, he is serving people of small cities in Haryana, India and passionately treating their musculoskeletal injuries and problems. He has been extensively trained and sub-specialized in Complex Fracture Surgery, Arthroscopy, Joint Replacement and Sports Injuries.
