Dr. Sridhar Reddy Baddam is a consultant vascular & onco interventional specialist and pediatric interventional specialist at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. India. He is trained in doing various other vascular and non vascular procedures ranging from image guided biopsies to abdominal aortic aneurysm stenting to tips. His area of expertise is in doing procedures like radioembolization, chemoembolization, vertebroplasty, uterine fibroid embolisation and sclerotheraphy. He is one of the few doctors in South India with expertise in doing high end procedures in the field of cancer treatment, (TARE) adiembolization for liver cancer management, did maximum number of cases in Andhra Pradesh. Expertise in vascular and oncointerventional treatment, from simple laser treatment for varicose vein treatment to complex cancer treatment. One of the few experts in radiembolization treatment for liver cancer in India. First in South India in treatment of retinoblastoma (retina cancer) by intra arterial chemotherapy. He has an experience of 9 years in these fields. He completed MBBS from Dr MGR University, Chennai, Md - Radio Diagnosis/radiology from Sri Ramachandra University and FVIR (Vascular & Onco Interventional Radiology Fellowship)from Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai. He is a member of Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ISVIR), Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA), Indian Medical Association (IMA) and Indian Society of Neuroradiology (ISNR).
