He is currently working with the department of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, Apollo Hospitals as a senior consultant and at Dr. Nihar's Vascular and Endovascular Clinic in Secunderabad. He also practices at Sri Venkateshwara Polyclinic in Hanamakonda, Warangal & Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar. He specializes in Atherosclerosis, Aneurysms, Venous Thrombosis, Varicose Vein and Venous Insufficiency, Vascular Birth Defects, Inflammatory Vascular Disease, Vasospasm and Other Vascular Conditions. He has completed his MS in General Surgery from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, Orissa.
