Dr. M Asha Subbalakshmi is the Director & HOD of Interventional Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases at Continental Hospitals. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Gastroenterology, Dr. Asha is regarded among the best gastroenterologists and is the top female gastroenterologists in Hyderabad. She has also received extensive training in liver transplants and has been an integral part of the Liver Transplant Team at reputed hospitals in the city. Dr. Asha has a keen interest in treating conditions like inflammatory bowel disease, small bowel bleeds, enteral nutrition, chronic calcific pancreatitis, GI problems in women and endoscopic ultrasound. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Asha has presented several national and international publications on numerous crucial Gastroenterology topics that have earned her praise from her colleagues around the world.
