Dr. Sudipto Modak is a young, dynamic Physician and Cardio-diabetologist, practicing at Kon Nagar-Uttar para area of Hooghly. Throughout his academic career, he has had excellent track records and achieved numerous awards and accolades. He has completed his M.B.B.S. from I.P.G.M.E.& R and SSKM Hospital of Kolkata. He did his internship and house staff ship in Intensive care medicine in S.S.K.M. Hospital. After that, he has completed his post graduate degree M.D. from the Utkal university of Odisha. Further, He has completed Diploma in Family Medicine from renowned Royal College of General Practitioners of U.K and stood 2nd from all over India. He has a keen interest in clinical diabetology and he has done Fellowship in diabetes from Royal Liverpool Academy of Liverpool, England. He is a certified diabetes practitioner from Joslin Diabetes Centre of USA. To further enhance his skill to treat diabetic patients, he has completed a national level post graduate course CCEBDM (Certificate Course in Evidence Based Diabetes Management) conducted by PHFI, Delhi, and IDF, Brussels. He has also undergone training in advanced cardiology & has a certificate from Cleveland Clinic of the USA to his credit. He has been selected as an International Member of the prestigious "Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP)" of the United Kingdom, which is a professional body for medical practitioners in the United Kingdom and overseas. Currently, he is attached to Critical Care Department of Calcutta Medical Research Institute (CMRI). He has been absorbed as the Consultant Apollo Family Physician and Medical Advisor in Apollo Clinic, Barrackpore. At the same time, he is attached as a Visiting Consultant at BMRC Hospital, an NABH accredited Hospital in Barrackpore and several private hospitals and nursing homes of Uttarpara-Konnagar areas like Kamala Ray Hospital, Ma Sarada Hospital, Konnagar Municipality Hospital etc. "Dr. Modak's Heart & Diabetes Clinic" was founded by Dr. Modak in his hometown Konnagar, where he practicing successfully for last 4 years and serving the people by treating all kinds of Medical disorders with special interest in Clinical Cardiology and Diabetes problems.
