Dr Awaneesh Maheshwarana Upadhyay

Dr. Awaneesh M. Upadhyay is an ophthalmologist who is currently working at Eye-Q Hospital. He successfully completed his M.B.B.S from Annasaheb Chudaman Patil Memorial Medical College, Dhule, Maharashtra in 2007. He, then, served as an intern at the same institution for another 2015, he received the Diplomate of National Board in Ophthalmology from Little Flower Hospital and Research Centre in Angamaly in 2017, he was awarded with a long-term fellowship course in vireo-retina from the same the course of his career, he has performed 5000 laser procedures, above 900 vitrectomies and has managed over 30 endophthalmitis cases. Dr. Awaneesh is a skilled professional in complete ophthalmic examination including slit lamp, gonioscopy, disc evaluation of glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, indirect ophthalmoscopy and pediatric retinal examination. Along with proficiency in managing retina cases and routine ophthalmology OPD, his expertise includes retinal laser procedures and management of diabetic retinopathy of premature screening.
