Can AVN of Femur in Stg 3 be cured by homoeopathy

Hi Sir, I am suffering from bilateral AVN in hip joints from Jan 2023 (pain started). It's stage 3 in left and stage 2/3 in right as per MRI (in Mar 2024). Can the AVN be completely cured and joint/femur reformed by homoeopathy medicine or it can only manage pain and how to contact you for an online appointment as I reside in Noida.
