Dr. Arun Ayyappan Completed MBBS from KS Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore and M.Ch Urology from Stanley Medical College, Chennai. Formerly he had worked as a Resident at the Dept of Urology in Thiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital and as an Assistant Professor in Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences. Joined as a Consultant Urologist & Andrologist at Dr. Promodu's Institute of Sexual Medicine & Urology on 10th December 2020. His areas of interest are Endourology and Andrology. He is a specialist in all types of stone diseases (kidney stone, stone in bladder, ureter), laser surgery, prostate surgery, microscopic microsurgical varicocelectomy and penile implant.
