Body pain with stomach problem

Dear sir meri age 20 yrs h mujhe pet me dard mostly rehta h motion nhi hote bahut effort se tight motion hote h pet ko problem rehti h ovary me cyst bhi diagnos hua tha thyroid bhi tha pr ab normal h major problem is meri poori body pe pain hota h ungliya chat chat krti h aur fever halka bana rehta h aur haath pair se garm bhaape nikalti h weakness rehti h body me energy feel nhi hoti aur dard ab shoulder me jaa raha h left chest ke paas bhi chubhan aur patthar ki tarah gadne jaisa feel bhi hua h mujhe iska cure me help kijiye

Hi Farah, Aapke symptoms – jaise pet dard, tight motion, body pain, weakness, fingers me chat‑chat, halka fever, heat/ghasiya feel aur shoulder/chest ke paas chubhan – yeh sab mila kar ek combined problem jaise digestion, hormonal imbalance aur systemic body pain dikhate hain. Aap sirf 20 saal ki hain, is umar me aise issues ko normal ya “stress” maan kar delay nahi karna chahiye. Aapke sahi ilaj ke liye mujhe apki complete history, lifestyle, diet, past reports (thyroid, ovary, ultrasound) aur symptoms ki detail chahiye.
