Dr Suman Lata

Dr. Suman Lata is an aluminus of AIIMS from where she completed her DM Nephrology course in 2009. She has been awarded as ISN scholar by International society of Nephrology in 2011. She has done fellowship in renal transplant from St George’s hospital London. She was instrumental in establishing the nephrology department at institute. She also established the renal transplant program with the support of renal transplant surgeon Dr Vikas Jain. She has also got the distinction in ISN-ANIO nephropatholgy course in 2013 and now she is certified nephropathologist by ISN. Her special areas of interest are renal transplant and acute kidney injury in Liver disease. She actively participates in public education program and organizes free camp every year on World kidney day for the public awareness on kidney diseases.
