Dr Monashis Sahu

Dr. Monashis Sahu, MD (Medicine), DM (Endocrinology) is Consultant Endocrinologist. He has been in clinical practice for the past 10 years. Currently residing at South Delhi, he provides consultation to his patients from his Private Clinic (Greater Kailash – Part 1), at Max Hospital (Panchsheel Park), VIMHANS (Lajpat Nagar) and ADIVA Hospital (Green Park). He is also a visiting consultant to Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. Dr. Sahu is a qualified endocrinologist with academic – research – and clinical experience in diagnosis, treatment, and meticulous monitoring of metabolism and hormone disorders. He completed his MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi, India. He then received his Doctorate of Medicine (DM) specializing in Endocrinology from the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India. He also been awarded as a Fellow, American College of Endocrinology (USA) Dr. Sahu has to his credit original reasearch in the field of vitamin D, and endocrinology disorders during pregnancy. He keeps contributing to medical education and dissemination of information via regular write ups for books and journals. Dr. Sahu has also been actively involved in scientific activities related to drug development for compounds under various stages of development from candidate selection to phase III of drug the field of drug development research he has worked in the area of endocrinology focusing on diabetes and osteoporosis, as well as in the field of oncology. A clinician who believes in art of medicine, and continues to explore new vistas of science by clinical research and constant updation of medical knowledge.
