Investigations for early detection of Cancer, treatment by conventional chemotherapy,planning for radiation therapy which may be oral, Parentral, intra arterial, intraperitoneal, Intravesical, intrathecal and so on. Hormonal management, treatment by biologically modified drugs and supportive therapy by herbal medicines. Using low dose chemotherapy in advanced stages of cancer and under staging the disease is my best achievement. High doses of chemotherapy or radical radiotherapy with modified techniques of IMRT/ IGRT are used by most of the centres for commercial gains without any distinct advantage to the patient. Many a times they are seen to do more harm than good to the patient. it is essential to build up the patient by boosting his immunity with proved Indian medicines who latter respond to the conventional treatment methods.
