Q Forgetfullness & no appetite

AMassage all finger nails clockwise about 21 times, twice a day daily . Take few drops of ginger extract and mix with coconut oil apply over the naval and massage around the naval area daily . Keeping a crystal of salt under tongue before meals will help to improve the digestive enzymes , improves appetite
