Dr Shreela Sherine Pauliah

Dr Shreela Sherine Pauliah has an overall experience of 20 years and is currently working at Gleneagles Global Health City. She is involved in providing care for the newborn at delivery, supporting the PG and CRRI in the process. She is adept at taking leadership during ward rounds in NICU as well as postnatal wards and teaching medical students, PG and nurses. She assesses high-risk infants from a neurodevelopmental point of view using general movement assessment and advice regarding further management of these infants. And also takes a special interest in providing simulation training for the staff. She has managed babies on various ventilation strategies including volume guarantee, HFOV, use of inhaled nitric oxide, etc. She is capable of co-coordination of complex cases involving multidisciplinary teams. She has also done various audits as well.
