Dr Pradeep G Nayar

Dr. Pradeep G Nayar did his MBBS and MD (Gen. Med.) from Ranchi University, and completed his super speciality training (National Board) in Cardiology at the reputed Southern Railway Head Quarters Hospital, Chennai in 1998. He gained vast experience in Interventional Cardiology at the Railway Hospital and later worked at various premier, tertiary Cardiac Centers in Chennai. He has over 25 years of teaching experience and has trained more than 30 students in Interventional Cardiology. He is currently Director (Academics) and Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at MIOT Hospitals, Chennai. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh and Glasgow, Fellow of the American Heart Association, the American College of Cardiology, and the International Society of Cardiac Interventions. He is also Fellow of International Medical Science Academy, and of the Indian Academy of Medical Specialties He was conferred the “BEST DOCTOR” award from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University in Feb’ 2012. His main areas of interest are Interventional Cardiology & Cardiac Failure Management. He has over 40 publications in National & International Journals.
