Dr P.K. Banerjee

Dr. P.K Banerjee is an ENT Surgeon with expertise in various Cancer and Reconstructive Surgeries pertaining to Head and Neck. He has vast experience of 32 years spanning the field of Head and Neck Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Phonosurgery and Hearing Reconstructive and Microsurgery of Ear. He is an alumnus of Raipur Medical College and National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. During his experience he has worked in various capacities at JLN Hospital and Research Center, Bhilai (Steel Authority of India Limited) which is a tertiary care hospital and is recognized nation wide for DNB teaching. He superannuated in July, 2018 as Unit Head of ENT and Jt. Director – Medical and Health Services of SAIL, Bhilai. He has also been actively involved in teaching of DNB students and as a guide to their thesis and academic work. His research papers have also been published in National and International journals. He has been recognized as Adjunct Professor of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi for his active involvement in teaching and academics. He is the proud recipient of Times Of India -Icons of Health Care Award and IMA -Academic Excellence Award. He is also providing his services as Technical Advisor to the state Cochlear Implant Programme, CG. Currently, he is an ENT Practitioner at Dr. Vipin Arora Clinic, Risali and Ambey Medical Stores, Durg and is also associated as Visiting Consultant at Sri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, Junwani, Bhilai. His clinic offers comprehensive medical care like consultation, diagnostics and facilities for surgery in the field of ENT and Head & Neck Ailments.
