Ms. Steffi Elizabeth Behanan is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder, Mastishk Centre for Behavioural & Psychological Interventions. She has worked with Cadabams Hospital, Bangalore. She pursued her advanced education from non-other than the Premier Institute of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Behavioural Sciences in Gujarat. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam. On completing the rigorous and specialized Training in Psychotherapeutic modalities at IBS, she became a recognized face in dealing with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Training.
