Ms Dextra Serneja Pereira

Dextra S. Pereira is an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist, having completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida, UP and M.Sc in Psychology with a specialisation in Clinical Psychology from Mount Carmel college, Bengaluru. She has obtained experience working with children, adolescents and adults during her course of training, across domains of various mental health disorders, including Mood disorders, Anxiety disorders, Substance use disorder, and Personality disorders. She is adept in therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relapse Prevention (RP) and Behaviour Therapy (BT). Also equipped with experience in conducting behavioural and psychological assessments; specifically Intelligence, Personality, Learning Disability and other assessments of Psychopathology, she exhibits a genuine interest and passion towards her clients ensuring that they become the best version of themselves.
