Dr Yathish Shivanna

Yathish Shivanna is Cornea Consultant .He completed his basic medical education from Manipal Academy Higher Education, Manipal, India & postgraduation DOMS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore and DNB from National Board of Examinations, New Deli. FRCS part I from Royal College of Surgeons) Glasgow and Fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases from Bangalore Medical College, under R.G.U.H.S. He was a Resident in the year (May 1996-Feb1997) at Wockhardt Heart Institute, Bangalore, India. He has a teaching experience at Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Karnataka, India for 3 years and Adichunchangiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur from April 2006 – Jan 2008. He has conducted regular teaching sessions to postgraduate students. He has done observership in Cornea and Oculoplastic Surgery from Leicester Royal Infirmary, United Kingdom. He is currently a consultant in Cornea and refractive surgery at Narayana Nethralaya-1, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
