Having graduated from the prestigious Mysore medical college, Dr. Vinitha.L went on to pursue an M.D in dermatology at JJM college, Davangere. While working in a government and a private hospital, she realized the need for a dermatologist to be adept in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology. Her thesis on Acanthosis Nigricans piqued her interest in lifestyle and its impact on overall health. She was a Consultant at Narayana Hrudayalaya with an experience of treating over 10,000 patients.Over the course of few years ,she has accumulated a wealth of experience in various laser treatment modalities and is well versed in the usage of chemical peels and the art of dermatosugery. She has attended numerous workshops and is experienced in the field of dermal fillers and injectable neuroparalytics as a part of anti ageing procedures and more.“PATIENT EDUCATION” is the initiative she keenly wants to implement at Advaya as she believes every patient needs to understand their medical condition in order to make an informed decision. “ A good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.”- William Osler.
