Dr Vijay Mehtry

Dr. Vijay Mehtry completed his MBBS from the prestigious Mysore Medical College and MD (Psychiatry) from Central Institute of Psychiatry which is a premier institute and tertiary referral center for Psychiatry. He has received training in various aspects of Psychiatry and in Neuro-psychiatric aspects of epilepsy, dementia and headache. He has working knowledge of EEG, polysomnography and addition, he has worked as Senior Resident at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. He has been advocating the balanced use of bio-psycho-sociological approaches for treating various psychiatric condition. He is currently practicing at Manasa Nursing Home as a Consultant Psychiatrist
