Pursued his super specialisation in Nephrology at the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore. Honors & Awards: He presented original research papers particularly in the field of Acute Kidney Injury in Stem Cell Transplantation recipients and Pediatric Renal Transplantation in National Conferences and some of which were adjudged as the papers at the national and zonal level. He was awarded ‘Dr. JCM Shastry’ prize for the outgoing post graduate in Nephrology from CMC, Vellore. He has also won various institutional prizes during his undergraduate course. Super Specialty Experience: After completing post-graduation in Internal medicine, he joined Department of Nephrology, Christian Medical College in 2009. He was appointed as Assistant Professor in the Department of Nephrology at CMC, Vellore and simultaneously worked as Consultant In-charge of CMC Transplant Clinic. He has performed innumerable Renal Biopsies, Dialysis Catheterization procedures including percutaneous CAPD and managed transplantation independently. He is well versed in Clinical Nephrology including critical care nephrology, all forms of dialysis and Transplantation.
