She completed her basic medical education from Vydehi Istitute of Medical sciences, Bangalore, M.S Ophthalmology with a gold medal at Sri Devaraj University, Kolar. Long term Phacoemulsification and Refractive Fellowship at Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore. She has won the Best paper in Cornea and Dr. H Krishnamurthy Award at KOSCON . Presently, she is working as a consultant in Cataract and Refractive services in Narayana Nethralaya-1, Rajajinagar ,Bangalore. She has presented various papers, posters and videos in national and international conferences.
