Dr Santhosh Kumar Devadas

Dr. Santhosh Kumar Devadas is completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine at the prestigious St John’s Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore. During his tenure at St John’s hospital he gained extensive experience in various aspects and nuances of Internal medicine and related specialities. He won the first prize in the exam conducted for postgraduates in Internal Medicine. After his Internal medicine training, he pursued medical oncology training at the prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. He trained for five years at Tata memorial hospital, which includes 3 years of DM Medical Oncology fellowship, followed by one year training exclusively in the field of stem cell transplantation. He has continued his work in stem cell transplantation at HCG MSR Cancer center. He has experience in doing stem cell transplantation of over 150 patients both during his training period and also independently at HCG MSR cancer center. He is passionate about hemato-oncology / bone marrow transplantation, gastrointestinal cancer and genitourinary cancers. He also have presented various research papers in multiple national and international forum and published in national and international publications. He was awarded the prestigious ACORD fellowship by the Australian medical oncology association in 2014. His expertise includes high dose curative chemotherapy regimens, with a keen interest in low cost stem cell transplantation procedures and mismatched/haplo transplants.
