As a Consultant, I have over fifteen years experience of managing patients of multiple Obstetric and Gynaecoligical disorders both Conventional and Laparoscopic. Laparoscopic Hysterectomy has always kept me interested. I have performed more than 600 TLH for uterus sized up to 24 weeks gravid uterine size using Harmonic Scalpel, Ligasure and Enseal. Laparoscopic Myomectomy is again very interesting and I have performed many Myomectomies in both unmarried and married women. Diagnostic Lap surgeries related to Infertility have been often, and I have performed Hystereoscopic procedures together with this. Advanced Hysteroscopic procedures like Tubal Cannulation, Septal Resection, Myomectomy, Polypectomy, Endometrial Ablation have been done for the past five years. Endometriosis and Pelvic adhesions are always challenging. Life saving Lap surgeries like Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy, Ruptured Ovarian cyst, Torsed Ovarian cyst Endometrotic cyst have been very satisfying. I have performed over 4000 different types Laparoscopic Gynaec Surgeries for the past ten years. Being in association with my husband Dr. Nagaraj who is a Laparoscopic Surgeon I have been involved in over 5000 different types Lap General Surgeries. Together we have conducted Live Laparoscopic Workshop on both Gynaec and General Surgeries. We have been together and are working on developments of new techniques and Lap surgeries to be performed in a more simplified style. Laparoscopic Surgeries done under Spinal Anesthesia is a big challenge and we have been successfully and safely performing this on most of our surgeries for the past three and half years and have crossed 1500 cases till date. I have conducted many FREE health camps related to women health care. FREE Cancer Cervix related programme are conducted on regular basis. FREE surgical procedures are done for patients in need.
