Dr Prabhu M

Dr. Prabhu started his medical career in the year 2000 at PSG institute of medical sciences, where he completed his Mbbs degree. Thereafter, he pursued doctor of medicine in paediatrics from Manipal hospitals, Bangalore ( 2011). His immense interest in the field of neonatology drove him to join a fellowship programme in neonatology at Cloud Nine hospital, Bangalore- affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University. His career spans over 7 years of experience in the field of paediatrics and child health. Dr. Prabhu has worked at various renowned hospitals like cloudnine hospital ( junior consultant for 18 months) where he was awarded the best doctor of Cloud Nine hospital group in the year 2013. Then, he was heading the neonatal units across the city associated with milann infertility centre for the last 18 months. Currently, Dr. Prabhu is working as a consultant in the department of paediatrics & neonatology at ovum hospital ( a unit of Neonatal Care & Research Institute Pvt Ltd), Bangalore. Neonatology and community paediatrics being his speciality of interest, he has made many accomplishments in his career span like: Presented various papers in national and state level conferences and published an article on neonatal health in an international journal (neonatology today, united states). Developed a mobile based teaching application named "Neohead" for paediatricians and neonatologists on neurosonogram for neonates in NICU.
