Dr. Maneesha is a qualified Physiotherapist in the field of Women's Health with over 9 years of experience in her stride. She has been a very enthusiastic physiotherapist always motivating her patients to lead a healthy lifestyle. Her strong interest in supporting women during different phases of life led her to pursue further specialization in the subject. She began her journey with a specialization in Aerobics & Pilates training under the Indian Academy of Fitness Training (IAFT). Passionate about dance and music, she chose in motivating her clients to lead a fit life in a fun way. She has specialized in Women’s Health Rehabilitation from International Health and Fitness Association (IHFA) and is also a Certified Lactation Counsellor from BPNI-IYCF. She has supported many mothers and babies to overcome the different phases and challenges of breastfeeding. She’s currently a trained Birth Doula from Doula School under DONA International. Her most notable role has been as an adept labor support specialist (doula). She maintains great composure and is well informed of the nuances that go into supporting a woman enduring thru' the phases of labor. Her positive attitude, ability to motivate and establish a good rapport with patients helps her to provide an all-round assistance ensuring physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for her patients.
