Dr Kapil Kumawat

Dr. Kapil Kumawat is a consultant cardiologist. He specializes in Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Kumawat did his postgraduate medical studies at the All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) - he holds an MD in medicine and a DM in cardiology from this institution. He also completed a fellowship in cardiac rhythm management from Monash Heart, Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Kumawat is amongst a few cardiologists certified by the international board of heart rhythm examiners as a cardiac devices specialist and cardiac Electrophysiology specialist. He is well versed in cardiac rhythm management and heart failure management using Interventional Clectrophysiology and devices such as implantable Cardioverter-defibrillator, and cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy. Dr. Kumawat also has wealth of experience in coronary interventions, including complex coronary Angioplasties. He also deals with the devices for structural heart disease like ASD and PDA.
