Dr Anupama Kiran Kumar

Dr Anupama Kiran Kumar completed her basic medical education from KS Hegde Medical College Mangalore, Karnataka in 2005 .she went on to do her post graduation-DNB from Narayana Nethralaya Super Specialty Eye Hospital followed by a Fellowship in Vitreo-retinal surgery from the same institute. She went on to join Narayana Nethralaya as a Vitreo-retina consultant in 2015. She has presented papers in several national and international conferences and has won award at these forums. Notable among these being “Best PG Presentation” in the Karnataka state conference in 2010 and “AMJAD RAHI PRIZE” for (Best Oral Presentation in Clinical Sciences) at IERG (ARVO India chapter) held at Hyderabad in 2012. She has publications in international peer reviewed journals and a text book chapter as well.Her areas of interests includes diabetic retinopathy and neuro-ophthalmology.
