Dr. Falguni obtained extensive training in embryology work at diamond institute USA which stimulated her to excel in the field of embryology. In continuation with her clinical work, she focused on embryology. She herself does all embryology work with excellent expertise. She does all critical Embryology work I .E.. Oocyte pickup, intracytoplasmic sperm injection – ICSI (even the most difficult ICSI I .E. 100 % nonmotile, very poor quality sperm etc) embryo biopsy for PGD blastocyst culture, cryopreservation etc.. With the rich experience, she now heads the team of embryologists at Bavishi fertility institute. She constantly looks after the quality of lab work done, lab maintenance schedules, training and performance of lab staff and finally the success rate of different art procedures. She is also expert in troubleshooting in a lab. She brings all pioneering technologies to a lab. Art lab work is the key to success in art.
