Delivery Service Policy
How DocIndia delivers its (digital) service — appointment notifications, and the rare cases where a physical delivery is needed.
Note: DocIndia is not intended to address emergency or life-threatening medical conditions. If this is an emergency, please immediately contact your local health care service provider.
This Delivery Service Policy explains how DocIndia delivers its services. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
1. Digital service & notifications
- We provide digital service, and our digital service does not need any physical mail order service.
- For the digital appointments, you will be notified on the website and by mail within 24 hours of scheduling the service.
2. Physical delivery (rare cases)
- In a rare case, if we need to provide any physical delivery, you will receive your delivery within 14 business days of the successful completion of the payment and successful completion of all formalities of placing the order. If we are unable to provide the delivery on time, you will be able to check the latest delivery status on the website.
