Cancellation Policy

1. Can I cancel my digital subscription before the subscription period expires?

Order for a digital service subscription — You can call our customer support to cancel the subscription; your subscription will be cancelled effective the current expiry date. You can continue to use the service for the rest of the period, or you can choose to cancel immediately, in which case no refund will be issued. However, if you are unhappy with our service, you can reach out to our customer service and we may be able to offer you a partial or full refund based on your request.

2. Can I cancel my appointment before the scheduled date?

Order for a digital appointment with a doctor —

• If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation service charge will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• If you cancel between 72 hours and 24 hours before the appointment, a doctor service fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee plus a cancellation charge will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, no amount will be refunded.
• If an appointment is cancelled due to non-availability of the care provider or due to a long waiting period, the entire payment will be refunded to the customer within 21 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

For cancellations, we reserve the right to send the refund to the original mode of payment or by other means such as cheque or digital wallet.
